Testing Cheap Outdoor TEMU Gear So You Don’t Have To

In this episode, I put a batch of outdoor gear from Temu to the test — and the results might surprise you. From flannel-lined pants that punch above their price tag to a compact wood-burning stove that actually performs in the wild, this lineup impressed me.

✅ Featured Gear:

Rugged outdoor boots built for tough terrain
(Nearest i could find)

Flannel-lined pants that are warm and flexible

An insulated jacket that held up in the elements

Ripstop nylon pants ready for real-world abuse

A survival shovel with more tricks than you’d expect

A mini wood-burning stove that kicks out real heat
(unfortunately they are sold out of the model i showed, this was the closest i could fiind)

A 4K trail cam that captured crisp footage in the woods

💬 Is Temu just cheap gear—or is it the outdoor world’s best-kept secret?

  1. the pants with the strange back pockets are the same design as my sailing shorts. They are designed to allow easy stowing of winch handles.

  2. can you show you using the items instead of just saying its good. they are not. the shovel wouldnt cut anything. your rocket stove wouldnt heat up water and this is just a scam

  3. Boots are “rubber,” that is NOT for winter!!!… Clothing is probably the best price comparison to American companies, which have a horrendous markup! Since the “TRUMP tariffs,” seems like prices have gone up just a bit, not bad tho!
